About cookies

Under Swedish law, all website visitors must be informed about cookies. A cookie is a small text file stored by the website on the visitor’s computer. Read more about cookies on the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority website.

AP4’s website uses cookies. A cookie does not contain any personal information; it is mainly used to generate statistics on the number of visitors. If you do not wish to allow cookies to be stored on your computer, you can disable the function in your browser settings. This does not mean that you will be unable to read the information at www.ap4.se.

AP4 uses Google Analytics from Google as a tool for analysing how visitors use the website. The purpose of using this tool is to improve website content and functionality. Google Analytics uses cookies. The information generated by these (including IP addresses) is forwarded to and stored by Google. It is also used to evaluate visitor statistics. Google may also transfer this information to a third party if required to do so by law or in cases where a third party is processing the information on behalf of Google. Google will not link IP addresses with other data it has obtained. Google Analytics anonymizes the information sent to Google.

AP4 follows the recommendations of the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority on using cookies.   Most browsers accept cookies automatically, but it is possible to change the settings so that the browser does not accept cookies or gives the visitor the choice of whether to accept cookies or not.

By setting the browser to accept cookies, the visitor is considered to have consented to their use.
