The Nomination Committee of Gränges has been appointed

The Nomination Committee of Gränges has now been appointed based on the ownership structure as of 31 August 2015. The tree largest shareholders at the time (AP4, Orkla Industriinvesteringar and Lannebo Fonder) have been invited to nominate candidates for the Nomination Committee.

AP4 is represented by Jannis Kitsakis, Portfolio Manager.

 The other members of the committee is:

• Claes Murander (Lannebo Fonder)
• Anders G Carlberg (Gränges styrelseordförande)
