The Nomination Committee of Lindab International AB has now been appointed in accordance with the AGM resolutions and following consultation with the company's three largest owners.
AP4 is represented by Per Colleen, Head of Equities.
The other members of the committee is:

- Kjell Nilsson, Chairman of the board of Lindab International AB
Lindab developes, manufactures, markets and distributes products and system solutions primarily in steel for simplified construction and improved indoor climate. During 2014, the Nordic market accounted for 46 percent, the CEE/CIS for 21 percent, Western Europe for 30 percent and other markets for 3 percent of total sales.
