The Nomination Committee of Oscar Properties has been appointed

The Nomination Committee of Oscar Properties has now been appointed in accordance with the AGM resolutions and following consultation with the company's largest owners.

AP4 is represented by Olof Nyström, Senior Portfolio Manager Real Estate.

The other members of the committee is:

•  Jakob Grinbaum, Chairman of the Board
•  Fredrik Palm, Gernandt & Danielsson Advokatbyrå KB
•  Monika Lundström, Swedia Capital AB

Oscar Properties was founded in 2004 with the vision to develop apartments so unique that people would specifically aim for an Oscar Properties building when searching for a new residence. Today Oscar Properties buys, develops and sell real estate in central Stockholm with the long-term strategy to be active in both conversions and the development of new properties.
