Change in KappAhl's Nomination Committee

AP4 is represented by Jannis Kitsakis, Portfolio Manager.

Göran Espelund (Lannebo Fonder) has left KappAhl's Nomination Committe as of August 25, 2016, after Lannebo Fonder AB reduced its shareholding, whereby instead Jannis Kitsakis (AP4) has joined the Nomination Committe in accordance with the rules of procedure adopted by the AGM.

Jannis Kitsakis works as a Portfolio Manager at AP4.

The other members in the committee is:

Elisabet Jamal Bergström, Handelsbanken Fonder AB

The Chairman of the Board of directors, Anders Bülow, has been co-opted to the Committee.
