The Nomination Committe of Dustin has been appointed

The Nomination Committee of Dustin has now been appointed based on the ownership structure as of 31 May 2015. Dustin is one of the leading distributors of IT products and related services to businesses, government and individuals.

In accordance with the resolution of an extra general meeting in January 2015, Dustin’s Nomination Committee shall consists of five members. The members should consists of one representative for each of the four largest shareholders and the Chairman of the Board.

AP4 is represented by Jannis Kitsakis, Portfolio Manager.

The other members in the committee is:

• Paul Schrotti, Axel Johnson AB / Axmedia AB
